You can only learn so much from a textbook. Practical experience is vital to your success. That being said, it can be daunting the first time you are staring down at a person's face wielding a laser, or scalpel in hand… that’s where we come in! We ensure you will leave this training experience feeling confident and excited to incorporate your new skills into your career.
Who, what & how much?
Whether you are an esthetics student, recent graduate or experienced esthetician, this course is for you. We offer a comprehensive, hands-on experience that will leave you feeling confident to work on anyone with a face, safely and effectively.
We offer 5 courses: Dermaplaning, HydraFacial, MicroNeedling, Laser Genesis and Clear+Brilliant. Enrolment process and structure of all courses are identical.
Each course is an investment of $2000. As a returning student, all additional courses purchased will be eligible for a 10% discount.
Where, when, how?
All training courses will take place at our Kits Loft location at 1970 West 4th on select Tuesdays between 10am - 3pm.
Once your application to enroll has been approved, and payment is complete, you will receive access to our online learning resources. You will be asked to complete one short module at home in preparation for the course.
Day of the course: We will provide your workbook, welcome package and start the day with a detailed overview. After lunch you will start the hands-on portion of training on your three models, with the guidance of our training team.
After the training course is complete, you have access to a 30 min follow-up call, within a year of completion, to address any additional questions or concerns that come up.
Who will be leading the course?
Chloe Loomer has been the Clinic Director at Plain Jane Skinbar since it opened in 2020. She has worked in medical aesthetics for 12+ years, loving every minuite of it!
With experience as a laser technician, clinic manager, physician assistant and consultant, Chloe has a well rounded knowledge of the the industry. She is passionate about sharing this knowledge with new, emerging estheticians.
