    Welcome to the wonderful world of functional facials! If it is your first time we recommend starting with a Hydrating Facial to give your skin a good deep clean.

  • How often should I get facials?

    Skin health is a commitment not a one night stand. For best results we recommend booking a Cleanse + Consult with one of our Skin Therapists who will curate a treatment plan to target your goals.

  • What sort of prep do these facials require?

    No prep is required, we will cleanse your face for you when you arrive. However, it is recommended that you avoid the sun and stop using retinol a week prior to any functional facial.

  • Can I request a specific technician?

    Yes of course, you can pick your therapist when booking online.

  • Are walk-ins welcome?

    To guarantee your appointment time we recommend booking online but yes, walk ins are welcome.

  • What types of facials do you offer?

    All of our facials are scientifically proven, medical grade treatments that are proven to give you results. Learn more about the different types of facials we offer here.

  • Who performs the facials?

    Our medical facials are performed by well trained, certified technicians. We ensure that our technicians have on-going training to ensure you are always getting the best treatment possible.

  • How much are facials?

    We aim to keep our facials as accessible as possible while delivering the highest level of care and results. Our Skin Health Membership is only $189 per month. Our full priced facials range between $200 - $350.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or a $50 fee will be charged.

  • Why do you require a credit card to book?

    We require a credit card to set up your account and book your appointment. Your card will only be charged at checkout or for a late cancelation fee on appointments canceled within 24 hours.

  • How can I pay for services?

    You pay by credit card when you book your service online. Any product that you would like to purchase after your service can be added to your account. We do not accept cash.

  • What kind of memberships do you offer?

    Our goal is to make skin health simple and accesible through our membership programs.

    For the accessible price of $189 per month, The Skin Health Membership allows you to choose between one Basic, Hydrating, or Laser Facial monthly. Upgrade to a restorative facial, Fractional or MicroNeedling for only $85. Receive an additional 40% off any additional Laser, Hydrating or Basic facial you book throughout the month.

    The Skin Care Membership is the answer to your at-home-skincare routine goals. For only $100 p/m you will receive a curated selection of full-sized ZO Skin Health products 3 times per year.

  • Can I cancel or freeze my membership?

  • What is Plain Jane doing to protect clients and staff during the covid-19 pandemic?

    Keeping our clients and staff healthy and safe is our top priority. We created our space with coffee shop coziness and clinical level cleanliness in mind. We require our staff to wear the appropriate PPE at all times and ask that if you anyone is experiencing covid-19 symptoms, have left the country or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive in the last 14 days that they please cancel their appointments and stay home.
